KHIAMNIUNGAN NOKTHANG

The people of Khiamniungan trace back to the origin to a place called “Khiamniungan Nokthang” which is located near Tsuwao Village, West side of District Hq.
The Khiamniungans after living for generations in “Khiamniungan Nokthang” gradually moved to different directions to form several villages. “Khiamniungan Nokthang” is regarded as one of the oldest place/village for the people of Khiamniungan.

LUNG KHAN

Lung Khan is a Cave/Hole of a living creature located near Zungki River under Nokhu Village jurisdiction. Legend says, Clans among the Khiamniungan people was originated and distinguish from this place.

LUMOKING

Lumoking is an ancestral village where antiques still remains, like Stones and sites of the houses etc, are found. The site is located East of Pathso Village which is one of the heritage place in Khiamniungan Land.
